Our RADIUS SERVER provides built-in access, speed limitation and Fair User Policy, blocking non-payers on different equipment with our Radius protocol. The system can also create a powerful bandwidth manager and QoS on Mikrotik routers via API. With our monitoring you can control your network and build your own topology maps.
Charging customers in a timely manner
Don't lose your time with manual work. SPLYNX will take care of it. We offer auto-generated invoices, charge customers in prepay or in recurring mode, block non-payers, and thus optimize your business. In Splynx you can also charge for Voice and additional services. Of course, we can customize the PDF invoices.
Receiving and reconciling payments
Let SPLYNX collect and manage your payments. Simply connect your bank with SPLYNX and our software will process statements. Do you need to send debit orders to a bank or a payment gateway? No problem, we can do it. Also we provide processing of credit cards, which is a must in today’s world.
Exporting data to your accounting
Synchronize your Customer Database with your accounting Database. SPLYNX will export issued invoices and payments to your accounting software via API. To ensure this functionality we synchronize the Customer Database between SPLYNX and your accounting software. SPLYNX supports Xero and Quickbooks. Other supported accounting systems will be available soon.
Enhancing customer relations
SPLYNX provides access to a portal where your customer can find information about invoices, payments, services and statistics. With our email and SMS modules you can send messages to your customers and SPLYNX will always remind non-payers or customers who have reached capped limits.
